Bio-natural pathways for tissue rebalancing

In this section, aesthetic imperfections are not considered mere cosmetic flaws, but rather physiological imbalances that can be corrected through targeted pathways, supporting the health and harmony of the individual.

Dosha Balance

The imbalance

According to Ayurveda, excess weight is linked to a slowing of metabolism (Meda Agni) and an imbalance of Kapha, the principle of structure, which tends to accumulate heaviness and density.

The pathway

Activities aimed at activating digestive and metabolic fire. The pathway includes treatments such as Udvartana and Garshan to stimulate circulation, combined with heat techniques (Swedana) to promote fluid mobilization.

Lymphatic Balance

The imbalance

Retention, often identified as cellulite, is interpreted as a blockage of circulation and an accumulation of Ama (toxins) in the subcutaneous tissue, aggravated by channel rigidity (Vata).

The pathway

Treatments aimed at reactivating lymphatic circulation (Vyana Vata) and improving toxin elimination. Use of draining oils and plant powders to restore compactness and tone to tissues.

Tone and structure

The imbalance

Tissue laxity (hypotonicity) is caused by an excess of ‘space/air’ (Vata) that weakens the structure, or by a deficiency of muscle tissue (Mamsa).

The pathway

Nourishing treatments with specific oils (Bala, Ashwagandha) to strengthen muscle structure, combined with the application of masks (Lepa) to improve cohesion and tone.

Tissue elasticity

The imbalance

Alteration of tissue texture due to dryness or sudden volume changes.

The pathway

Pathway focused on deep skin nourishment, aimed at improving elasticity and vascularization and promoting natural regeneration processes.

Radiance and purity

Facial detox

Purification of channels to remove impurities and excess sebum, typical of Pitta/Kapha imbalance. Use of antiseptic herbs and white clays.

Revitalizing

Deep nourishment to counteract dryness (Vata) and restore turgor to facial tissues, promoting relaxation of expressive muscle tensions.

Sensitive skin

Cooling treatments to pacify excess heat (Pitta) responsible for redness and reactivity, restoring the skin’s natural barrier.
